The handle is made from bio-based polymers which are a special combination of wood fibre and sugarcane. And the black head contains 30% glass fibre! Adding glass makes nylon substantially stronger, harder, and more rigid, while also having increased wear resistance than nylon on its own, making it durable for years to come. How’s that for cooking with a conscious!
The Wiltshire Eco Slotted Turner allows grease and liquids to drip back into the pan, making it great for flipping Omelettes or sautéing veggies. With a nylon head, it won't scratch non-stick cookware either!
