The Emile Henry butter dish preserves your butter, protecting it from light and air. Even out of the fridge, it keeps the butter fresh thanks to the HR ceramic® (High Resistance) which remains cold for longer. When serving on the table or for using in a recipe, the butter dish is handy: the ridges on the base prevent the butter from sliding when cutting.
