The Aalto 160 mm bubble glass vase celebrates 90 years of Alvar Aalto’s iconic design. Each piece is hand made and mouth blown in Iittala, ensuring that every vase is truly one of a kind. The bubbles are formed naturally between layers of glass through a traditional soda technique, creating a beautifully textured surface that reflects light in a gentle, dynamic way. This medium-sized vase is wonderfully versatile. It suits everyday bouquets, seasonal flowers or simple branches, and also works as an elegant display piece. The bubbled surface adds a fresh sense of movement to the familiar Aalto silhouette, making it a meaningful gift for anyone who appreciates Finnish design.
